AAR Tournament Bylaws:

·      Payment Expectations:

  • Players: $30

  • Spectators: $20

  • Under 18: Free. Please donate if you’re able.

    • All entry fees and additional donations will be provided to the selected recipient

    • Conzemius family to cover all tournament expenses

·      AAR Player Rules:

  • Captains to inform tournament director of the number of players & approximate number of attendees

  • Games begin at 10 AM - if you're late, you forfeit

  • Bracket play games will be rally scoring up to 21– Best of 3 games

  • Max of 6 players & minimum of 2 females on the court

  • USAV rules are to be used at all times and mutually called by all teams

    • Touching of the net, double hits, interference, etc. is not allowed)

    • If there is a disagreement on a call during play, replay the point

  • If replacements are needed during the tournament, they are not allowed to be acquired from other teams within the tournament (that includes teams currently playing or already eliminated)

  • If replacements are needed due to injury, they must be approved by tournament director

·      AAR Attendee Rules:

  • Attendees and spectators - please RSVP ahead of time to ensure enough food and beverages are available

  • Kids are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult, especially in the pool area

  • Dinner to be served around 3:00-3:30pm

  • Before swimming in the pool, everyone must use pool-house shower

  • Bathrooms are provided in the pool-house and the barn

  • Bringing your own cooler, chairs, snacks, etc. is encouraged

  • Garbage and Recycling provided - Please dispose of waste appropriately
